It is also proven that routine exercise improves sleep and therefore allows you to wake up feeling more energetic to tackle the day. Martial arts is a fun way to exercise and keep your mind off the physical exertion you’re experiencing, but don’t ever forget that you’re also building self-defense skills as well.  Our classes are designed to improve agility, balance, endurance, flexibility and strength. We have had a lot of success in our women’s self-defense seminars. While you are taught some great techniques in these seminars, repetition is key. Attackers want an easy target, not one who is able to fight back.

 

 

 

These are just the top 5 benefits. We offer adult karate, adult kickboxing and adult boxing.  You would be surprised at how many women and men enjoy our classes. On October 21, we are offering free trials to all 3 of our classes. Adult boxing is at 4:30pm. Adult kickboxing is at 7:00pm. Adult Karate is at 7:30pm.
